I cannot recommend Ben highly enough. In 2022 he completed a survey report for us and we were incredibly impressed by professionalism and diligence. Three years later, I have just telephoned Ben to ask for some advice. He was so generous with his time on the call and showed real empathy in talking to me about a difficult situation. Ben conducted a level 2 survey on a property I am purchasing. I found Ben to be really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The survey and report were completed promptly and were very informative. I recently contacted Ben to carry out a survey on an apartment I'm buying. Fantastic to deal with - polite, pleasant, helpful, prompt and professional. The survey Ben carried out was incredibly thorough and much more detailed than I expected. A few weeks after the survey I contacted Ben for some advice, and he offered this without a second thought. Highly recommended
