Where a more specific survey is required to a property, I carry surveys to investigate a range of issues. This can be for those people purchasing a property, those who already own a property or even vendors who have a specific issue they want resolving.

If I can’t help, then I will be upfront and let you know. For most problems, I will be able to at least recommend another surveyor or specialist company as required. There are also a select number of contractors who I sometimes recommend. I will try my best to at least point you in the right direction.
