Egerton Surveying is run by me, Ben Gardiner MRICS BSc (Hons). I am a chartered member (MRICS designation) of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and I specialise in surveys of residential property.

I am a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 20 years of experience working across the North West of England and Central London. After earning my BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying, I have developed extensive expertise in a wide variety of property types and construction methods.

My experience spans traditional construction, social housing, non-standard (system-built) structures, and high-end residential properties in London’s West End. Over the years, I have gained practical, hands-on knowledge in the design, specification, and management of construction projects for both commercial and residential clients.

I pride myself on delivering clear, professional advice and tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of every client.
